We at BaitBike.com get calls every day from people interested in tracking their personal belongings. While there are numerous solutions for tracking something large like a vehicle or a boat, the technology to track smaller items such as a laptop computer is still in its infancy. However, this technology is currently making great strides and we expect that within a year or two, there will be several solutions available to track just about anything you may want to track. If you would like to keep up to date on the state of the art in tracking solutions, follow us on Twitter @BaitBike1 and we will alert you as we post progress reports and product reviews right here on BaitBike.com.

  • I have reason to believe that my brother’s friend has been stalking me via a hidden GPS or Satellite tracker. Where can I go to have someone with the proper Device to detect said tracker? I have already contacted local police about the issue, but no response yet. I know you won’t tell me what device will detect said tracker, but I am hoping you can possibly save my life from a potential stalker that maybe trying to kill me. Thank You !

  • KK6PZK de N2KI. I caught your great DF’ing on 20/20 last week and thought it was fantastic. We do this stuff on the East coast but on 2 meter amateur radio frequencies finding a hidden transmitter. Certainly, the transmitter is not as small as what you are using. That would be a great transmitter to hide on one of our events if it were able to TX on 146.565mHz. Great job Jason! I enjoyed it.
